Return & Refund Policy
Return Window We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, submit a request through your account order page or contact us at buanfas@gmail.com. Do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from us. Returns should be sent to: 4 Rue de Rivoli, 75004 Paris, France.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the item arrives in an unusable condition (see Damages below). We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Damages & Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. As every item we sell is pre-owned, some signs of wear are expected and disclosed. We do not accept general wear as a defect. However, if a product arrives in an unwearable condition (e.g., a broken heel), contact us immediately at buanfas@gmail.com. If we confirm the item is unusable, Buanfas will cover return shipping. We photograph and test every shoe before shipping, so such cases are rare.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
Exchanges Because each shoe we sell is one-of-a-kind, we do not offer exchanges.
Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once shipped, the return process above applies.
EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item of your order, without giving any reason. This period includes weekends and public holidays.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, submit a return request through your account order page before the 14-day period expires. You will receive automatic confirmation of your request.
Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or unusable. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will refund your original payment — including standard outbound shipping costs — within 14 days.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at buanfas@gmail.com.
